Young Street is shortlisted for a Housing Design Award
Our development at 19–27 Young Street in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea has been shortlisted for a project award at the annual Housing Award Designs that celebrate public housing, design and layout.
Young Street is one of the first schemes in the capital to be designed specifically for the Private Rented Sector. The proposed development will replace an existing 1960’s car park located between the busy restaurants and shops of the civic Kensington High Street to the north and the quiet residential Kensington Square to the south. It provides a mix of 53 new homes that will be rented, managed and maintained by Grainger plc.
The results will be revealed on July 15th 2014.
