Assael leaps into Sunday Times Best Small Companies league
Assael has been selected for the Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For 2014.
We’ve made it to No 47 out of 100 in the exclusive listing that rewards businesses that value their staff.
This is the first year since 2008 that we have qualified to enter the national award with almost 60 staff. It is a notable jump back into the top 100 Best Small Companies league table with impressive figures including 90% of staff saying they have fun together and 77% feeling happy with pay and benefits.
The accreditation scheme for businesses with between 50 to 250 staff is a key benchmark for staff satisfaction and is based on staff feedback where organisations receive a Best Companies index score that determines their star rating compared to a fixed standard.
Chairman, John Assael, commented: “We are thrilled to be judged as one of the top 47 companies to work for again after not qualifying on size since 2008. Our staff are the foundation of our company, we invest in them and support them in their career progression and most importantly we work together as one team.”
