Assael hosts PRS brunch on the beach at MIPIM
The Assael team hosted a networking PRS brunch at Cannes this year, which gathered the key players of the ‘build-to-let’ world together.
‘Build-to-let’ looks to be high on the agenda for 2013 and we have been at the forefront of research in the Private Rental Sector.
Director John Badman and Associate Director Dipa Joshi, who are part of the Assael design ‘think tank’ on PRS, hosted the brunch in Cannes for those involved in the sector.
Russell Pedley, Director & Co Founder of Assael said “This is turning out to be our ‘build-to-let’ year. Our PRS projects include the Grainger schemes in Kensington & Chelsea, the ‘home..’ design guide for Bouygues, our work for Willmott Dixon on their exciting ‘be:here’ concept, and announced this week at MIPIM our projects for UK Regeneration including Sandfield in Nottingham.
I put it down to experience and research of the US multi-family sector and our skills in translating the design efficiencies to the UK context. We have complicated and historical settings that require a sensitive design approach.”
We‘re hoping we can build on this knowledge by chatting with our PRS friends out in Cannes.
