This 315-room co-living development, ranging from six to eight storeys, has been designed to draw on the industrial history of the River Wandle and revive this dormant site into a thriving community hub for residents and the public.
Comprising 239 co-living rooms and 31 hotel rooms, this six to eight storey development features a pre-cast concrete façade and proposes a publicly accessible ground floor incorporating workspace, community space and a public café.
This building aims to create a flagship concept for Kingston. Fully managed under the brand Nineyards Living, it will provide a high-quality and innovative form of shared living with 200 co-living homes.
The vision is for a new 104-room residential co-living development that sits alongside an array of shared amenity spaces distributed across all levels of the building, including a communal kitchen, library, lounge, and landscaped outdoor terraces.
