Assael Interiors has been asked by Redevco to provide interiors services for their latest Build to Rent scheme in Glasgow.

The interiors were conceptually designed to celebrate the building’s exposed concrete and raw materials, complemented by polished fixtures, vibrant furnishings, and dynamic artwork.

Part of Millbrook Park’s residential masterplan, the brief focuses on the interior design of four house types. Inspired by the muted colour palette of the area and from surrounding nature, the design aims to create a relaxed and thoughtful space.

This Build to Rent development interior aims to unify the residential amenity offerings by establishing community through biophilic design, apothecary details in joinery and industrial materials.

This large, mixed-use project transforms an underused site - currently occupied by B&Q and a shared car park with Ikea and Odeon - into 1,290 new homes alongside a mix of employment spaces, an extensive public square and two raised podium gardens.

Located next to the Grade II listed Woolwich foot tunnel and ferry terminal and with views of the Thames, 348 new homes for rent are accommodated across five buildings, with ground floor makerspace units and café activating an improved public realm.
