Award winning Clapham scheme is shortlisted at the Building Awards
Our award winning scheme, Macaulay Walk in Clapham, is in the running for Best Housing Project at the renowned Building Awards.
The mixed-use residential scheme Macaulay Walk has already amassed six awards since its completion earlier this year including Best Development for 26-100 homes at The Sunday Times British Home Awards.
Macaulay Walk cleverly weaves historic and contemporary buildings to form a new neighbourhood in the heart of Clapham Old Town. It provides 97 unique homes which offer an array of accommodation including 33% social rented and shared ownership units, single and duplex apartments, private houses, and 30,000 sq ft of flexible studio space, all arranged around a reinstated ‘internal’ street.
This is the second shortlist we’re on at this year’s Building Awards with our studio also being shortlisted for ‘Architectural Practice of the Year’.
Results will be announced at the annual ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel on 22nd April.
