Assael is top architectural firm in this year’s Sunday Times Best Small Companies league

Assael is ranked 36 at The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For 2015.

Another accolade for being a great employer was picked up at the annual exclusive listing that rewards businesses that value their staff.

This year we leapt 11 places and were the top architectural firm to be recognised in the list.

The top 100 Best Small Companies league table, which is for businesses with between 50 and 250 staff, is a key benchmark for staff satisfaction and is based on staff feedback where organisations receive a Best Companies index score that determines their star rating compared to a fixed standard. We received 3* accreditation, the highest rating, proving we’re an “extraordinary” employer.
