Assael tops Building’s Good Employer Guide 2014
Assael has takes the number 1 spot in the 2014 Building Magazine’s ‘Good Employers’ Guide’.
Our practice has come up trumps again as we get top marks for being ‘Good Employers’ in Building Magazine’s annual survey.
The accolade is given to the company that works the hardest to ensure that staff are able to enjoy a healthy work-life balance, and to invest in training and career development.
The judges praised us as a “truly outstanding employer in virtually every respect”. Our maternity and paternity packages and staff loyalty scheme, which involves city breaks and round-the-world tickets, were also singled out.
