Assael welcome Investors in People into the studio
We’ve been busy renewing our nationally accredited award, Investors in People.
Investors in People Assessor Ben Hayes has been in our studio and speaking with a number of staff about life at Assael and to gauge whether we make the grade.
The Investors in People framework, which is suitable for organisations of any size and in any sector, transforms business performance through people and helps companies to achieve their objectives by targeting specific priorities within the organisation.
We successfully met the requirements for the accreditation and can now happily fly the Investors in People banner again.
John Telfer, Managing Director of Inspiring Business Performance (IBP), the organisation that delivers Investors in People for London and the South, said: “Assael should be congratulated for the way in which management and staff have come together to produce real results.
