Landscape Architects
We are looking for talented Landscape Architects with 2+ years of post qualification experience to join our Exteriors’ team. Our team provides urban design and landscape services from concept through to technical design and on-site work, with a focus on residentially-led projects.
Successful candidates should have a strong interest in green infrastructure, public realm design, residential living, and landscape-led masterplanning. Ideal applicants will also possess the following qualifications, skills, and expertise:
- Landscape Architecture graduate
- Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute or enrolled on the programme
- Excellent time management skills
- Confident, positive and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; written and verbal
- A confident presenter, capable or presenting to clients, design team and stakeholders
- Proficient with Vectorwoks and/or Auto CAD, Photoshop, InDesign
- Sketchup / Enscape
- Experience with Revit and Rhino would be advantageous
- Experience of supporting on or delivering landscape design outputs through the RIBA stages
- Experience of supporting on or delivering landscape implementation projects (RIBA 3+), and an understanding of technical detailing.
- An eye for sketching would be advantageous

ApplyExperienced Residential Technical Project Architects
We are looking for experienced technical project architects with at least 1-5 years’ experience in RIBA stages 4-5 using Revit on large, residentially-led projects to join our team.
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications, skills and expertise:
- ARB and RIBA registered architect
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience post-Part III
- Experience in leading on medium to large scale mixed-use residential projects from RIBA Stages 4 – 6
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in chairing Design Team Meetings and Workshops
- Experience in a client facing role, leading day-to-day communication with clients and external consultants
- Experience in managing internal project teams as well as managing the design coordination with external consultants, including good time management skills and experience in design programming
- Strong technical design and specification knowledge
- Has a good understanding of current Building Regulations and other relevant statutory standards and guidance
- Excellent knowledge of Revit is essential

ApplyArchitectural Technologist
We are looking for an experienced CIAT registered Architectural Technologist with at least 1-2 years’ experience to join our team. The ideal candidate would be responsible for providing technical support to our architectural teams on large residentially-led schemes.
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications, skills and expertise:
- CIAT registered architectural technologist with 1-2 years minimum experience
- Proven experience on large residentially-led schemes in the UK from RIBA Stage 3 onwards
- Knowledge of using NBS Chorus specification system on large residentially-led schemes
- Good working knowledge of Revit is essential
- Sound knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Ability to work to a high standard as part of a team and independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Relevant qualification in architecture
- Excellent design, presentation and technical skills
- Proficient in Vectorworks and Revit would be desirable
- Experience working on large scale residentially led schemes would be beneficial
