Experienced Residential Technical Project Architects

We are looking for experienced technical project architects with at least 1-5 years’ experience in RIBA stages 4-5 using Revit on large, residentially-led projects to join our team.

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications, skills and expertise:

  • ARB and RIBA registered architect
  • At least 1 years of proven experience post-Part III
  • Experience in the role of Project Architect working on medium to large scale mixed-use residential projects from RIBA Stages 4 – 6
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in chairing Design Team Meetings and Workshops
  • Experience in a client facing role, leading day-to-day communication with clients and external consultants
  • Experience in managing internal project teams as well as managing the design coordination with external consultants, including good time management skills and experience in design programming
  • Strong technical design and specification knowledge
  • Has a good understanding of current Building Regulations and other relevant statutory standards and guidance
  • Excellent knowledge of Revit is essential

Architectural Technologist

We are looking for an experienced CIAT registered Architectural Technologist with at least 1-2 years’ experience to join our team. The ideal candidate would be responsible for providing technical support to our architectural teams on large residentially-led schemes.

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications, skills and expertise:

  • CIAT registered architectural technologist with 1-2 years minimum experience
  • Proven experience on large residentially-led schemes in the UK from RIBA Stage 3 onwards
  • Knowledge of using NBS Chorus specification system on large residentially-led schemes
  • Good working knowledge of Revit is essential
  • Sound knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Ability to work to a high standard as part of a team and independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Part 2 Architectural Assistants

We are looking for diligent and hard-working Part 2 architectural assistants to join the team. We operate from modern design studios in Putney, London with around 70 staff and we pride ourselves on our friendly, sociable, and supportive team environment.

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications, skills and expertise:

  • Relevant qualification in architecture
  • Excellent design, presentation and technical skills
  • Proficient in Vectorworks and Revit would be desirable
  • Experience working on large scale residentially led schemes would be beneficial

Experienced IT Systems Technician

We are looking for a hard working IT Systems Technician with 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role to provide first line support for the architects and administration staff.

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications, skills and expertise:

  • Level 3 qualifications such a level 3 apprenticeship in an IT subject or relevant A-Levels.
  • At least 1 years of experience working in an IT support role
  • Experience working with a helpdesk system to log issues and track problems to resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A good understanding of desktop Windows operating systems is essential.
  • Experience solving problems both face-to-face and remotely.
  • An informed understanding of the basic configuration of desktop hardware

Summary of main responsibilities are to:

  • Provide first line technical support for the architects and administration staff for any software and hardware
    problems they may encounter
  • Work with the IT Support Helpdesk system – resolve problems, with assistance where necessary from other
    IT staff and external consultants
  • Provide general day-to-day support for the telephones, including the voicemail system
  • Install and configure updates and new software to all machines in the company when necessary
  • Prepare new computers for use by installing appropriate software
  • Maintain an asset register of company hardware
  • Assist in the setting up and smooth operation of digital presentations
